THE PAYMENT

RUGAD PROJECT SL accepts and receives payments with major credit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

Payment will be charged to your account once you have completed your order on the website.

All amounts shown are in € (Euros) and include VAT.

DELIVERY

RUGAD PROJECT SL delivers every day from Monday to Friday. As a general rule, packages are sent via parcel service with delivery after signature.

Delivery times are as follows:

  • For orders within the Iberian Peninsula, orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours. All orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 6pm will be delivered the following day (Monday to Friday).

  • For orders in the Balearic Islands or Canary Islands, orders will be delivered within 48-72 hours (Monday to Friday).

  • All orders placed on Friday after 6pm, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

RUGAD PROJECT SL will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage charges.

We recommend that you group all your items into one order.

We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each order individually.

We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Your items will be professionally packaged and well protected for shipping.

WARRANTY

There is a 2-year warranty under the Purchase Act. Our warranty applies to errors in materials and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to failures or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.

RUGAD PROJECT SL will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Upon return, correct queries and complaints are sent to the address provided to you via email.

Packages sent without notice will not be received.

REFUND

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

RIGHT TO REFUND

There is a full 14-day return policy for products purchased from our webstore.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and, from the moment of cancellation, you must do so within 14 days after the return shipment.

The notification must be given by email to info@kannahealth.es . In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back. Ask us at info@kannahealth.es .

The condition of the merchandise when the merchandise is returned.

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they operate. In other words, you can try out the item in the same way as you did in a physical store.

If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the merchandise.

To receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as in a physical store. You must try the item, but do not use it in actual use.
