If the order is placed after 12:00 in the morning, the customer will receive it within 24 working hours, that is, the next day.

    Important note for shipments outside Spain: KANNACREAM will not be responsible for customs costs as indicated in our policies and terms of service. If an order is held in customs, it will be the customer who makes the decision to pay the amount requested by customs or pay the amount of return to the point of origin.             Returns and Refunds Policy

            If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item. Please note that this guarantee only applies to products purchased on the website and that shipping is limited to Spain. Please help us improve by explaining the reason for your return. We greatly appreciate it.

            We do not exchange returned products, but you can get a full refund of your initial order if the return period is respected and you comply with the following guideline:

            You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the products to us if you are not satisfied with them. All returns are refunded through the same payment method as the original order.

            The process begins when the client sends an email to info@kannahealth.es requesting a refund for their order. The customer will then be responsible for returning the well-wrapped product to the address provided by our agent, taking charge of the shipping costs. After evaluating the product, a decision will be made. Please note that if it is found that the product has been mostly used, unfortunately, the refund will not be processed.

            If you received a FREE product or GIFT with your order, you must include it in your return in order to receive a full refund. However, you may keep any samples you received with your order - they are yours to keep, enjoy!

            Products returned more than 30 days after delivery date cannot be refunded.

            Defective or incorrect products

            In case of defective or incorrect products, you can return them for a refund or contact our customer service.

            Send an email to info@kannahealth.es. After receiving a response, you must complete the electronic return form available in the “ Shipping and Returns ” section and attach it to the corresponding order in its original packaging. Help us improve by explaining the reason for your return. We greatly appreciate it.

              Packages sent without notice will not be received.
